Old yet A Good Game

Sim City Safari

This is the cover art of the game Sim City Safari. The developer is Maxis.It is published is EA(Electronic Arts) and designed by Roxana Wolosenko.It is compatible with Windows and Mac Os. This game is a contruction and management simulation. The game is an educational tool for children to learn about the nature or environment. 

The game has different places:the park,african village and the tourist grounds.The main goal is to increase the rank of the players by having a five stars by maintaining the staff and keeping the flow of the tourism. Every animals has its own description.

The 3 places:

Village

In the village, I can hire workers for the tourist grounds. If I didn't hire the villagers , they will start to poach in the park.The villagers can serve as a cook,driver,guides and staff in hotels.

Park

In the park, I can buy animals and maintain the health of the animals.I can modify the animals,plants such as grasses,trees and shrubs. Fires,Droughts,Locust and Twisters can happen in this area so visiting it should be a requirement.

Camp

In the Camp(Tourist Ground),the tourist are staying.I can build bathrooms,roads,hotels,swimming pools,tents and more.The establishments should have workers.I hire workers coming from the village. 

I started playing this game in 2000 . The sad thing is it is only compatible for old operating systems such as windows 2000. I hope there will be an improved version of the game compatible with the new operating systems used today . Sim Safari is an educational game for kids. It is very easy to play since it is designed for the kids. By looking at the interface and the tools use, young gamer can easily play and navigate the controls of the game.

1. Set Back Time: in the beginning
2. Some money   : more money
3. $10,000          : daddy warbucks
4. $750,000        : flush fund please
5. Unlimited Money : win free money
6. Random Cats and animals in the park : cats and dogs
7. Increase poaching : rattle them bones
8. Trees in camp  : shiver me timbers
